On April 16, 2012 around 17:45 UT, A large CME blasts off over the north-eastern limb of the Sun producing M1.7 class flare. The CME produced will not hit the Earth, but it is likely to hit the NASA's STEREO-B spacecraft. The active region that produced this flare, will rotate to Earth facing side soon.
